CANCELLATION + CLASS RESCHEDULING POLICY


We are more than happy to offer you a rescheduled class with 12-hour notice by cancelling your appointment online through your account. Please do not text your trainer to re-book. Rescheduled classes must be done within the same month the class pass was purchased.

Cancelling with less than 12-hour notice indicates a no-show appointment and cannot be rescheduled.

We do not offer refunds for class passes, personal training, or gym memberships.
