Our classes are designed to keep you engaged, motivated, and excited about your fitness journey.

Co-ed Circuit Training

with Trainer James


Mondays + Wednesdays
6:00 - 7:00 p.m.
Saturdays
9:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.

A full-body workout that incorporates strength training, cardio training, and core strengthening! James loves to add powerlifting and dynamics of his athletic football background to this class.

This class utilizes the entire Local Motion facility, including all gym equipment and the studio for movement circuits.

Intro To Circuit Training

with Trainer James


Fridays
12:00pm-12:45 p.m.

A low impact class that introduces you to circuit training. Learn how to perform various barbell exercises, and how to execute various exercises with proper form.

This 45-minute class is similar to James weekly Circuit Training class (see above). This class utilizes the entire Local Motion facility, including all gym equipment and the studio for movement circuits.

Beginner TRX Strength + Core

with Trainer James


Mondays + Wednesdays
12:00pm-12:45 p.m.

A low impact fitness class that focuses on strength training and core strengthening with TRX suspension trainers.

TRX suspension trainers are a workout system that leverages gravity and your body weight to perform hundreds of exercises. You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise - because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.

This class will start with a warm-up, then move on to strength training using the TRX system, dumbbells, and more, and finish with core training.

Soulbody Unhitched (NEW)

with Trainer Justina


Soulbody Unhitched is a full body workout with a more athletic approach than traditional Barre programs. 

You will be using a 6 or 4lb aerobic body bar as well as a Pilates ball for the workout. 

The class is segmented into 9 working, choreographed blocks that emphasize on a holistic approach to create strength, endurance, and function throughout the body. 

    • 1) Warm up

    • 2) Biceps

    • 3) Triceps, back, shoulders

    • 4) Stretch

    • 5) Thighs

    • 6) Glutes

    • 7) Stretch

    • 8) Bridge Work

    • 9) Core

    • 10) Cool Down
