YIN RESTORATIVE YOGA WORKSHOP
An 8-week workshop running on Tuesdays from 6:00 p.m. -7:15 p.m.
Slow down your day and land on your mat into a deeply restful practice. You’ll be guided through long held passive poses to soften into connective tissues, creating space in the hips, spine and pelvis. This practice is meditative, rejuvenating and restorative. A great practice if you suffer from symptoms of arthritis or carry a lot of tension and stiffness in your body due to stress, anxiety and muscle tightness.
