Co-ed Circuit Training

with Trainer James


Mondays + Wednesdays
6:00 - 7:00 p.m.

A full-body workout that incorporates strength training, cardio training, and core strengthening! James loves to add powerlifting and dynamics of his athletic football background to this class.

This class utilizes the entire Local Motion facility, including all gym equipment and the studio for movement circuits.

Intro To Circuit Training

with Trainer James


Fridays 12:00pm-12:45 p.m.

A low impact class that introduces you to circuit training. Learn how to perform various barbell exercises, and how to execute various exercises with proper form.

This 45-minute class is similar to James weekly Circuit Training class (see above). This class utilizes the entire Local Motion facility, including all gym equipment and the studio for movement circuits.

TRX Strength + Core

with Trainer Madison


Mondays 11:00-11:45am

NOTE: Beginning in November, class time will be moved to 10:00am.

A low impact fitness class that focuses on strength training and core strengthening with TRX suspension trainers.

TRX suspension trainers are a workout system that leverages gravity and your body weight to perform hundreds of exercises. You're in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise - because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance.

This class will start with a warm-up, then move on to strength training using the TRX system, dumbbells, and more, and finish with core training.

60+ TRX Strength + Core

Wednesdays 10:00am-11:00am

A fitness class targeted to those aged 60+! This class utilized the TRX suspension trainers as well as dumbbells and other gym equipment.

A 30-minute martial arts inspired group fitness class for adults!

Participants will work their way through 9 different stations, spending 3 30-second intervals at each one (30 seconds on, 30 seconds rest). Each station will have a different theme:

Footwork/agility

Upper body drill on heavy bag

Lower body drill on heavy bag

Conditioning drill

Paddle Work

Ground and Pound Station

Jiu jitsu Drill

Core

Skipping

The themes will stay the same, but the specific exercises at each station will vary from class to class.

Soulbody Unhitched

Select Fridays 9:30am

Select Sundays 9:30am

Soulbody Unhitched is a full body workout with a more athletic approach than traditional Barre programs.

You will be using a 4 or 6lb aerobic body bar as well as a pilates ball for the workout.

The class is segmented into 9 working, choreographed blocks that emphasize a holistic approach to create strength, endurance, and function throughout the body.

This is a great class and workout for all fitness levels.
